When booking any treatment with Alana Marie Holistic Healing, a 50% deposit may be required at time of booking. If cancellation occurs within 24hours of appointment time a 50% cancellation fee will apply & deposit may be forfeited.
With more than 24hours notice this deposit is able to be rescheduled to another appointment at the discretion of staff.
In the event that this is part of a package, an additional session may be required to be paid for on top of initial program costs.
In the event of a cancellation without notice or a no-show full payment may be required. If this policy is not adhered to by clients, you will not be rebooked.
Alana Marie Holistic Healing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
