If finances are the only thing standing in your way, flexible payment options are available. Options include weekly, fortnightly & monthly plans as well as afterpay.

Frequently asked questions:

I’ve never been on a retreat before. Is this for me?

Absolutely. Many women attend their 1st immersion feeling nervous, overwhelmed or unsure. Everything is designed to help you feel supported & welcome.

Do I need experience with meditation or breathwork?

No. All practices are beginner-friendly & designed to meet you where you are.

I am pregnant. Will I be able to do the retreat?

Yes. There are some things that you will need to avoid, like saunas & spas but all of our activities & practices can be adjusted for pregnancy. Please just let me know at booking so I can take extra care of you. Let’s be real pregnancy is super stressful on the body without the daily demands of life & taking this time out is probably the best thing for you & bub.
