What is Intuitive Body Led Healing?
Some healing systems need you to explain everything upfront. Here’s all my symptoms, what do I have & how do I fix those?
The Body-led path doesn’t work like that.
Your body stores emotion, tension, patterns, trauma, & unspoken truth & it reveals them in its own sequence & way.
Here we work with what they body shows, not what anyone else thinks it “should” say. This means

- No pressure to “perform healing”
- Just following sensation, breathing, nervous system regulation, intuitive somatic prompts & guided hypnotherapy

How do these sessions actually work?
Each session may start the same. With a quick chat about what you are wanting answers on. We then take you into a hypnotherapy protocol, where we ask your body & subconscious some questions:
- What is causing the issue,
- What is emotions, past events or stories might be attached to it
- What you can do moving forward to help the body long term
- What work we can do now to help get it started
From there every session is different, because everybody is different. A session may include:
